Returns policy
In case you wish to return or change any of the products of the order you received, this can be done within 20 days from the date of receiving the order from the company. The procedure of the return can be completed successfully, once the product we receive is in original condition as confirmed from our quality control department. In case of refund, the transportation costs of the parcel are also fully charged to customer. If purchased by credit card or via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your card or PayPal account, maximum within working 20 days.
In case you choose PRODUCT CHANGE, this will be done after consultation with the e-Shop department via e-mail eshop@rococo.gr. The transportation cost of the package is buyer’s obligation. In case the customer is unable to pick up at the scheduled time and wants to be re-shipped, after contacting the e-Shop, the charge for the package will be also borne by him/her.
ATTENTION: The products that are purchased online (via e-shop) and have the obvious indication "outlet" are legally excluded (art. 4 law 2251/1994) from the right of withdrawal and refund. In the above case, however, the buyer is given the opportunity to change the product and replace it with a product of the same category ("outlet"), as long as there is availability so that this is possible. There is no choice for Money Refund for e-Gift Cards purchases.
