If you wish to return or exchange any product from your order, this can be done within 20 days from the date you received it. Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, as verified by our quality control department (unused, intact, with tags attached).
Refunds
In case of a refund, the shipping costs are fully borne by the customer. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card or PayPal) within up to 20 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
Product Change
If you wish to proceed with a product change, you should first contact our e-Shop department by email at [email protected]. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the customer cannot collect the parcel at the scheduled delivery time and requests re-shipment, after informing the e-Shop, the additional shipping costs will also be borne by the customer.
Special Conditions
Products marked as “outlet” are offered at special prices and may be subject to limited availability. For outlet products purchased through our online store, the consumer’s statutory rights apply in full, including the right of withdrawal, where such right is provided for and applicable. In addition to the consumer’s statutory rights, the company offers, as an additional commercial courtesy, the possibility to exchange an outlet product with any other available product, subject to availability and provided that the exchange is practically feasible.
Rococo Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and any remaining balance after their partial or full redemption is non-refundable. In the case of a gift card purchased through the online store, the consumer retains any mandatory rights provided by applicable law, provided that the gift card has not been partially or fully used.
