M. SAKELLARIS SA makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, cases of errors in prices and by-products can not be secured and it can not be guaranteed that there will be no shutdown of the website or human errors during the update / indication of a product’s price. After the registration of your order you will receive an  email with the details of your order.

Generally, in case your order is pending, an email will also be sent to you. Alternatively we will contact you on the phones you have written when registering or placing an order on our site.

We suggest you make sure that these emails can reach you and also keep them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in case you do not receive the relevant emails, according to the general terms concerning our transactions, to inform us without delay.

7. Withdrawal / Return - Product Replacement

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement

a) in every case that is proven fault of M. SAKELLARIS SA that the products, which are delivered to you, have differences or they are completely different from those you ordered

b) in every case  there is a defect in the product

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their exchange with another product or products, up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional amount, if you wish, within fifteen (15) days of the product’s receipt.

You have the right to return the products you bought and request return of the amount you paid

(a) in every case in which there is a defect to the product

(b) within 15 days of the product’s delivery 

M. SAKELLARIS SA is responsible for compensation in case of a defective product, only if the defect has been caused by its fault, so it is not responsible for minor negligence.

In addition, in all cases the product which will be replaced must be accompanied by the original receipt. For all the above cases, the products which will be replaced, must be in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer, complete and without any damage and their package must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all documents which accompanied it too (e.g receipt, etc.). Before each return it is recommended to contact M. SAKELLARIS SA. In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions: 1. contact the same day or the next working day with M. SAKELLARIS SA to state your intention. 2. In case of change of the product, within 15 days, with another product or more up to the amount of the price or with additional price or withdrawal within 15 days according to article 5 par.10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used 3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (e.g receipt, etc.)

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases:

Before the order is completed, during its process, you can remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking the delete button.

If the online order has been completed, but the product has not been invoiced / shipped yet, you can call 210 2224480 and we will take over the cancellation of your order.

In case your order has already been invoiced but you have not yet received it and you want to cancel it, then contact us at 210 2224480 and provide the details of your order. We will inform you immediately about all your options.

9. Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed by our supplier: In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like to place your order without this product or suggest an alternative one.

The product you ordered has been removed and is no longer available: In this case we will contact you immediately to give you all the alternative options.

In periods of extreme weather conditions, strikes or in any case of force majeure, which may affect the shipment and delivery of your order.

In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by email (if there is any problem with your order, with the product or with the payment) because for example, the details that you have registered are not correct.
